- 随着科学技术的不断发展进步,传感器在磨粉机上的应用越来越广泛.通过介绍料位传感器的不同类型,包括重力式、电容式和光电式,它们通过检测料仓内物料的多少来控制喂料辊的转速,以维持物料平衡;阐述了温度传感器检测磨辊和轴承温度方面的作用,可以及时发现磨辊中凸度、缠辊、研磨不均匀的问题,以及因轴承失效引发的停机风险;此外,压力传感器的应用可反馈出磨辊间研磨压力和检测气路上的压力是否合格,确保磨粉机的稳定运行.通过介绍各类传感器的应用,为磨粉机的设计人员和制粉工艺人员提供参考.
With the development of science and technology,sensors are widely used in the roller mill.This pa-per introduces different types of material level sensors,including gravity type,capacitance type and photoelectric type,which control the rotation speed of the feed roller by detecting the amount of material in the silo to maintain the material balance.The paper expounds the function of temperature sensor in detecting the temperature of roller and bearing,which can find out the problems of crown,winding and uneven grinding in roller in time,and the risk of shutdown caused by bearing failure.In addition,the application of pressure sensor can feed back the grinding pressure between the rollers and detect whether the pressure on the air path is qualified,ensuring the stable operation of the mill.This paper introduces the application of various sensors,and provides some refer-ences for the designers and the technicians of the mill.
